Delivery time depends on the product. Items available in the Ciasmo Warehouse are shipped within 2 business days from your purchase. Please contact us for more information.
Deliveries take place exclusively at “ground floor”, outside the building, entrance gates or at any rate as far as the truck used for delivery can reach. If you are in Milan we might arrange bespoke deliveries to the floor, without an extra charge. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping International (France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Slovenia, Swiss Confederation, Croatia)
Average delivery time for International Orders is 7 business days, but it could take up to two weeks.
International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to.

Returns
Free Returns & Exchanges | ITALY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a free of charge exchange or a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges | WORLDWIDE
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase. If you chose the wrong size, you may send a request to exchange it within 14 days of delivery. We will require you to cover 50% of the shipping cost. Please note: personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Returns | WORLDWIDE
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost. Please note: personalized items cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Info
You will be provided with a pre-paid label to return your purchase.
We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
Credit
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
How to package an Item
If you would like to return an item that you purchased, please follow the instructions outlined below.
Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
Secure the prepaid shipping label securely to the carton. Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible.
Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
For domestic returns we will suggest for you to drop it at the closest “Poste Italiane / SDA” or we’ll set up a pick up for you. For international returns please contact us.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from Milan, Italy.
